At any time Hospice in the Weald invites you to remember with us the life of someone who was special to you. Hospice in the Weald invites you to help illuminate one of our Christmas Trees in our annual Light Up a Life Appeal. Many people who donate a light, do so in memory of a loved one who they cannot be with at Christmas. However the lights are intended to be a celebration of a life and are not limited to the families and friends who have received care from Hospice in the Weald. Our Rose Garden Appeal is an enduring tribute to a lived relative or friend, planted in the gounds of the Hospice at Pembury, Kent. A red rose may be dedicated in memory of a special friend or loved one. The roses will be planted over the winter to provide a splash of colour inyears to come. You will receive a memorial card and your loved one's name will be recorded in a special Dedication Book which will be on display in the hospice.
