Potential redevelopment of 1-4 Springfields, Ticehurst
meeting in the Village Hall Monday August 10 from 15:00 - 19:00

You may be aware that Rother Homes have been considering the redevelopment of the block of flats at 1-4 Springfields, Ticehurst.

Following a review of our stock, it is proposed to redevelop this site to make better use of the land and to provide a scheme of 9 affordable housing apartments for people aged over 50.  The elevations have been designed to fit in with the village appearance and will be built to high environmental standards.

Following recent consultation with the residents of Woodroffe Lodge and the Parish Council, we would like to invite you to view the plans at the village hall on Monday, 10 August 2009.  Please feel free to attend at your convenience, between 3.00pm and 7.00pm, for an informal discussion.
