Resolved to approve Minutes of Committee meeting 30.01.10.
WD/2010/0138/F The Hermitage, Bird Lane, Faircrouch Lane
Replacement dwelling including new garage and associated external works.
We are unable to comment fully on this application as inadequate information
has been provided.
Although the agent describes the existing dwelling as being unattractive
and a survey drawing has been provided, it would have been helpful to have
plans and elevations of it. The Design and Access Statement is also lacking
in information, for example there is no indication of the total floor area
of the existing dwelling, and no explanation for not complying with local policy
to rebuild in the same position as the existing building.
WD/2010/F Bensfield, Beech Hill
To demolish the existing timber garage and replace it with a brick built one
of slightly greater width.
No objection
WD/2010/2720/LB 1 & 2 Gloucester Place Cottages, Sparrows Green
Part demolition and rebuilding as existing of garden store shared by 1 & 2
No objection.
WD/2009/2621/F Chapel Cottage, Cousley Wood Road, Pell Green
Replacement of existing garden she with fully insulated shed to be used as
a study for home working.
No objection
