Carport and container for biomass boiler and wood fuel

We support this application

WD/2008/2079/F  Garden of 1 Jonas Cottages, Jonas Lane
2 No flats within garden and attached to 1 Jonas Cottages. Demolish Single garage. Provide 7 No car parking spaces and re-route existing right of way.

We support this application especially as it would provide modest accommodation much needed in the village.

WD/2008/1985/LB  Copstone Cottage, Pell Green
Replace polycarbonate sheets on lean-to roof with slates and install conservation roof lights to replace polycarbonate sheets on pitched roof and replace window on rear elevations.

We support this application as it represents a significant improvement over the existing elevations.

WD/2008/1780/F  Cedar Bank, Lower High Street
Single storey front and side extensions forming new bedroom, study, and WC

Strongly object as the proposals  are highly detrimental to the existing elegant house in a prominent position in or adjacent to a conservation area. The “sentry box” like first floor bathroom projection is particularly incongruous.

WD/2008/1924/F  13 Western Road Sparrows Green
Two storey rear extension

We object to the first floor extension element as it is considered that it would adversely affect the amenities of 15 Western Road., and the proposed shiplap weatherboarding is inappropriate in Western Road.

WD/2008/1629/F  Overflow carpark Bewl Water,Bewlbridge Lane.
Two year temporary permission for a Christmas event from 1 November to 15 January. All structures to be removed from site during interim period.

We support this application but suggest that appropriate signs are provided for the benefit of the extra people  who would no doubt be walking around the area
