Replacement of glazed roof section with new tiled roof covering to the existing pool house

No comment 

WD/2008/ Tapslls, Tapsells Lane,
Alterations to renew central heating, replacement of failed iron guttering like for like, but replacing plastic with metal to regularise use of non-permitted materials by previous freeholder

We strongly support this application

WD/2008/0104/F  Wayside, Lower High Street
Replacement games room

The proposal is a marked improvement over the existing games room and therefore we support it

WD/2008/0234/LB  Wadhurst Castle, High Street
Alterations to outbuilding and conversion to self-contained dwelling.

See previous comments dated 9 February 2008. In addition attention is drawn to the inadequate ceiling height on the first floor.

WD/2008/0184/LB  Wadhurst Railway Station, Station Road
Review electrical supply and fittings in station building. Replace existing lighting columns at platforms with raise and lower columns, clean, repair and renew footbridge  steelwork and replace timber panels, treads and landings.

We support this application but take this opportunity to question why the waiting room is kept locked.

Development at junction of Washwell Lane & Townlands Row
The developer, Mr Quinton Richards described possible proposals for this site which included a number of low cost one and two bedroom apartments which would only be available to local residents at 70% of the normal rental
