WD/2008/1746/F Great Butts Farm Cottage, Cousley Wood
Erection of a single storey double garage to front of house.
Strongly object as firstly it is understood that there is already a double garage in the back garden for which permission was given in 1995, secondly it is understood that the applicant is an antiques dealer who proposes to store antiques in the new garage and therefore it would not be for domestic use as claimed. If the Council are minded to approve the application it should be conditional upon the retention of hedges along both the roadside and the neighbours' side.
It is also noted that the roof pitch as shown is too shallow for the tiles proposed
WD/2008/1961/FR Wayside, Lower High Street.
Additional access drive
We generally support this application as it is an improvement to the site access. We are however concerned about the stark appearance of the unattractive sleepers and suggest that a landscaping scheme should be submitted and that the third entrance should be closed off
